LeavenLaw Welcomes New Associate, Sean E. McEleney, to its Consumer Law Team

Sean E. McEleney, Esq.

It is with great pleasure that LeavenLaw welcomes its newest attorney committed to representing clients and consumers throughout Florida.  Sean E. McEleney joins LeavenLaw as a new associate in the firm’s consumer law department.

Sean grew up in South Windsor, Connecticut, and attended Villanova University. Sean graduated Villanova with a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy as a four-year member of the water polo team.  After graduation, Sean earned his Master of Arts in Accountancy and spent several years working in Boston, Massachusetts for Ernst & Young LLP’s commercial audit and assurance department.

Believing that he could use his strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail to help individual clients with legal issues, Sean entered Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida and graduated in May 2016.  While attending Stetson, Sean interned as LeavenLaw’s consumer law clerk and assisted in all phases of civil litigation and credit reporting dispute matters.  As consumer advocates, the attorneys at LeavenLaw have spent almost four decades helping Florida’s consumers dealing with problems associated with credit, debt and deceptive and unfair trade practices.  Sean’s financial knowledge and experience in analytics will help LeavenLaw’s clients in identifying and navigating improper credit reporting issues, defending credit card and debt buyer lawsuits, and pursuing unlawful creditor harassment claims.  If you have been injured, victimized or unfairly treated or deceived, please contact LeavenLaw for your free initial consultation.
